Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab experience, which is why we offer a 49-day return period for all our ergonomic chairs and desks. If you are not completely happy with your setup, you can initiate a return for a refund within this timeframe provided the items are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Support page and submit a return request form with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your needs.

  Receive Authorization

  Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Disassemble your item and pack it securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit; please ensure all original tools and accessories are included.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at your local carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
